How to Make a Readable Long Image
A long image works best when viewers can follow it from top to bottom without guessing what comes next. Plan the sequence before exporting.
Plan the sequence before exporting
Put the first step or earliest screenshot at the top, then keep the order consistent. For text-heavy captures, check that the final image will remain readable on a phone; a very tall image may need fewer panels or a tighter crop. Avoid mixing unrelated images in one sequence, leave enough space to separate sections, and review the full result for missing or duplicated panels before downloading. If the content is sensitive, inspect the image for personal details before sharing it.
Final review checklist
- Is the reading order obvious from top to bottom?
- Can important text be read at phone size?
- Have you checked for missing panels and private details?
